Compliance Courses such as Responsible Service of Alcohol, Food Safety, Food Safety Supervisor
Induction Courses (Hospitality Industry Knowledge, Occupational Health and Safety and Customer Service)
Short Courses (Communicate in the Workplace, Working with Diversity, Dealing with Conflict, Leadership and Management)
Full Traineeship Qualifications:
Cert II, III or IV in Hospitality (Accommodation Services, Food and Beverage)
Business II, III, IV or Diploma (Administration, Supervisory, Management and Leadership)
